LIFE IS WONDERFUL!
OM MANI PADME HUM
To the majority of the people, life is meaningless and directionless, they are living with hollowness which will lead them to ignorance. Those who have the good fortune to be absorbed into the good Path are the ones who are really alive.
UNDERSTANDING THE ROOT PROBLEM OF LIFE, SEEK THE PATHS THAT LEAD TO LIBERATION
so that Suffering is realised, the Cause of suffering is realised, the Extinction of suffering becomes the Aim of living and the Purification of the mind begins, to break the chain of the cycle of samsaric existence.
LIVE FRUITFULLY AND RIGHTEOUSLY EACH DAY
OM SARI HUM
To live the day well is what all should aim for. Living it well means not to cause hurt, in any manner, to living beings!

SUFFERINGS CANNOT OR MAY NOT BE REMOVED BY JUST WISHING
Sufferings do not arise without a cause. The well-established Spiritual Cultivators are rightly motivated with the wisdom to accept and use sufferings as a cause or a method for learning and evolving, for one to strive towards the ultimate perfection of virtues and wisdom that ends all sufferings.
MAKE THE EFFORT TO PRACTISE WHAT IS GOOD
with the Right Motivation and the Right Understanding to purify one’s mind of all defilements caused by the Wrong Views arising from Ignorance and then directing oneself on the Noble Path towards the goal of attaining the peerless state of Buddhahood.
THE WAY OF THE CULTIVATION
of One Who Aspires to Walk The Bodhisattva Way
- Live a life of not causing harms to others and that is free of selfish intention
- Know oneself, and contemplate on one’s desires, thoughts, motivations, acts and habits
- Be self-disciplined to investigate the Path, and to cultivate and practise all virtues that lead to supreme wisdom
CLEANSING THE DEFILED MIND
along the journey of The Noble Path to Spirituality, with wisdom and compassion, experiencing sufferings as the teacher and bliss as the motivator while abandoning unwholesome desires, worldly passions, earthly attachments, and the craving for existence.
UPROOTING DEFILEMENTS TAKES MANY LIFETIMES AND GREAT EFFORT
OM SARI HUM
Treat all with respect, humility is practised;
Holding to your heart, the feelings of others, you become one with them;
Listening to their problems with true patience and concern, you practise loving kindness;
Seeking to relieve them of their afflictions, you move towards the development of compassion.
FORTIFYING ONE’S MIND WITH DHARMA IN SPIRITUAL PRACTICE
OM MANI PADME HUM
Spiritual practice begins with the interest to purge oneself of all negativities which consist of one’s faults and weakness and wrong views for the purpose of developing a virtuous mind.
WE ARE THE CREATORS OF OUR OWN SUFFERINGS AND HAPPINESS
and not due to God’s punishment or rewards but due to the arising of the causes and conditions that trigger the ripening of the fruits of evil deeds or virtuous deeds accordingly.
