A collection of selected messages that Sifu Kuan Ming received over the years are posted in this section. Sifu received these messages directly from his Divine Gurus, comprising mainly, Kuan Shih Yin P'usa, Chi Kong and Wong Lo Sin See during his contemplations. Each month a different message will be posted on the front page and in this section.

Let this day be spent in thoughts of gratitude, of Loving-kindness, of the Festive day and the season that follows, of the Order, of the wonderful spiritual friends you have met, of the outstanding people you have befriended, of the unforgettable events in your life, of the mystical experiences you have enjoyed, of the devoted ones who have been and are with you, of the joys and pains you have encountered since treading this Path, of the weaknesses you have surmounted and the strength you have developed as a result of your practice, of the things that still need to be done, of the responsibilities yet to be fulfilled, of the challenges that are before you!
