
A collection of selected messages that Sifu Kuan Ming received over the years are posted in this section. Sifu received these messages directly from his Divine Gurus, comprising mainly, Kuan Shih Yin P'usa, Chi Kong and Wong Lo Sin See during his contemplations. Each month a different message will be posted on the front page and in this section.
HOW LIFE SHOULD BE LIVED AND THE WAY OUT OF SAMSARA
Buddhas only point the Way to freedom from Samsara. One must diligently live the Buddha-dharma and My (Niang’s) Path of Compassion, and purify one’s mind to gain insight and wisdom, which lead to the illumination of one’s Buddha Nature blooming into Enlightenment!

Life has much to be contemplated upon. Its constant changes have brought about manifold experiences which, in turn, affects a person’s attitude. Many people have turned spiritual due to circumstances and events of life, they are fortunate; but there are just as many who abandoned the good way of life because they have been overwhelmed by attachment, anger, jealousy, greed and the worldly desires; they are unfortunate.
DEVELOP CLARITY OF MIND TO ENRICH SPIRITUAL AND CONTEMPLATIVE PRACTICES
This spiritual training is to gain insight into the fundamental characteristics of life, to deepen one’s understanding of existence, and to discover ways to live more calmly, happily, and wisely. With this clarity of mind and knowing, there is no worry and no fear of uncertainties, unpleasant circumstances, or situations, as one is mentally prepared for and readily accepts them as stepping stones and opportunities for spiritual growth and evolution!

Those who are able to find time to sit for a certain period of time each day will find that it is not that difficult to look within. By doing so, they will eventually learn how to develop concentration, how to practise contemplation, and how to arrive at the understanding of the nature of things.

It is how you feel at the first moment when you begin your worship that determines the purity of your mind. Therefore it is important to maintain a state of calmness, a state of happiness, a state of reverence, and a state of humility not only at the moment of prayers but from moment to moment every day.
THE PRACTICE OF PERFECTIONS
The practice of perfections towards the goal of being a true Kuan Yin disciple must be done with one’s own effort.
SEEK WITHIN TO KNOW YOURSELF
OM MANI PADME HUM
Seek within your own mind the questions that bother you. Seek with patience. Allow the mind to be settled and peaceful so that the conditions are right for the seeking.
PERSISTENT AWARENESS OF THE NATURE OF THE MIND
One must persistently apply mindful awareness and willpower to subdue all the arising unwholesome thoughts and feelings, and evil tendencies. This practice, combined with performing wholesome deeds, helps to weaken and eventually purify the defiled mind of its evil roots of greed, hatred and delusion.
THE POLARITIES OF LIFE MUST BE SEEN AS A WHOLE
Accepting life in its entirety together with the right understanding and practices will help to unfold one’s spiritual nature and to appreciate the purpose and deeper mysteries of life.
