Quote of the day - Oct 22nd

It is not easy to walk the Path towards a better future. Much effort and work must be put forth, and patience must be cultivated. To develop a good and wholesome character will take years of cultivation; to become one without any good trait requires no effort at all. It is entirely up to your mind to decide what state it should be!
