Quote of the day - Nov 1st

Om Mani Padme Hum are mystical sounds of six syllables. Reciting this mantra formula without any pure intention for the well-being of others, without the motivation to use it to purify one’s heart and mind, and without any specific purpose will render the recitation useless. But when one places great faith in these sacred sounds, when one treats this mantra as a means of bringing help to the suffering ones, even a single utterance will bring about immeasurable benefits to one and all.
