Goodness, a pure nature, and all kinds of virtues can be unfolded through cultivation. One method of such cultivation is the recitation of prayers with deep concentration. Whenever you recite, nothing else should be held within your mind and no emotions should be raised—just the goodwill behind the prayers, and only the sounds of the prayers within your mind. These voluminous sounds, which need not be heard, can reach the Realms of the Lords, causing a response that will purify your mind and remould your nature, changing you to live in kindness and calmness. You will soon be filled with the energies that reflect your Lord within you. Choose, then, the Lord Forms that you would wish to absorb into your being and use the mantras or prayers that are related to Them.
