Those who are happy will find the world is a beautiful place to live in, that it is alive and bursting with offerings. Those who are unhappy see the world with dread and fill their hearts with despair.
It is the mental states of individuals that make the world appear as it does. Therefore, it is the duty of each being to contribute towards making this world a happy realm for all its creatures.
